| Burnett automotive always does a good job on repairs and gets them done in time. I used to get nervous taking car in to get fixed because I don?t know much about cars and don?t want to get taken advantage of l. But I don?t have to worry with Burnett because they always take extra time explaining what is wrong with car and answering all of my questions, so I understand what is going on. They look out for customers best interests which is why I take all my cars to Burnett and recommend them to everyone I know. |

| I was having a crazy day when the car got a flat. No spare (long story), so I took the flat off the car and into Burnett's. By the time we finished the paperwork, not only did they have the the tire mounted, but had gone ahead and placed it in the back of my truck. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back! |

| I went to Burnett because of an intermittent electrical problem that was draining my battery. They repaired it with, it turned out, to be the incorrect item. Everyone makes mistakes. Upon explaining the problem to the Manager of the Lenexa location, they got me back in right away and corrected the problem at no charge. Great customer service with service after the sale. Satisfactory in every way. |
